钇稳定氧化锆陶瓷微珠(TZP锆珠)

产品特性/ Characteristics:

球体圆整度好,表面光滑,有珍珠般光泽.

有极好的韧性,耐冲击,在高速运转中不碎裂;极小的摩擦系数使TZP锆珠对设备的磨损很低.

TZP 锆珠的耐磨性是玻璃珠的30-50倍,是硅酸锆珠的5倍左右.

TZP 锆珠密度比其它陶瓷磨介高,研磨效率是玻璃珠的6-8倍,是硅酸锆珠的2-3倍,可以提高物料固含量或加大物料流量.
