工业领域对技术、工艺、设备和材料的创新与应用的需求尤为突出。材料作为制造业的基础,其创新主要体现在对传统材料技术的升级改造,以及核能、太阳能、风能等新能源技术所使用的材料技术上。在工业生产过程中,材料的更替和工艺的创新,虽然节能空间也很大,但受限于目前的产业结构,更新速度和其节能效果,并不像设备、技术创新一样,可以带来立竿见影的效果。而在设备、技术创新中,自动化的产品和技术发挥着重要的作用。以传统五大高耗能、高污染行业中的电力行业为例:发电侧排放二氧化硫达全国排放总量的50%以上,烟尘排放占全国排放量的20%以上,输电侧和配电侧由于线损率一直没有实际改善导致耗能严重,按07年我国发电量3万亿千瓦时测算,耗费在输电及配电侧线路及变电设备空载损耗上的电就达到1800多亿千瓦时,相当于一座3600万千瓦火电站的年发电量。所以,输配电侧节能设备的采用就是节能减排最直接见效的领域,包括低损耗能源管理系统(Energy management system,简称EMS)是以帮助工业生产企业在扩大生产的同时,通过能源计划、监控、统计、消费分析、重点能耗设备管理和能源计量设备管理等多种手段,合理计划和利用能源,降低单位产品能源消耗,提高经济效益为目的信息化管控系统。能源管理系统是耗能企业实现优化资源配置、合理利用能源的系统节能战略措施。
能源管理系统在冶金企业应用非常普遍,是企业信息化系统的重要组成部分。冶金是耗能型工业,其耗能量占我国总能耗的10%左右。在钢铁总成本中,能耗费用成本约占18~35%。通过对冶金企业电力系统、动力系统(燃气、热力、氧氮氩)、水系统实行集中监控和管理,可实现从能源数据采集、过程控制、能源介质消耗分析、能耗管理全过程自动化、高效化、科学化管理,使能源管理与能源生产、使用的全过程有机结合起来,提升能源管理的整体水平。
在这方面,罗克韦尔自动化公司的电力及能源管理系统(PEMS)有其一定的优势。PEMS能够帮助用户在整个企业范围内监视、采集、分析、存储、共享实时的能源数据。罗克韦尔自动化曾经为一家年产钢320万吨、铁270万吨、材356.6万吨的大型钢铁企业部署PEMS,半年为仅在电力能源方面就为该钢厂减少费用支出200多万元。同时能源中心的建立也增强了对全厂能源发生-输送-分配-消耗各环节的监测、协调和优化配置能力。每年平均可降低单位产品能耗1%左右。
西门子强调的则是全集成能源管理方案(TIP)。TIP提高的全集成配电系统的解决方案包括从中压进线、低压配电、终端配电、直至墙壁开头和插座。通过使用SIMARIS design设计软件规划与设计一个新的配电网络;通过使用SIMARIS manager电能管理软件,监控和管理配电网络的经济运行,实现节能省电。
